But what if you want to be part of the action even if you are not a certified skydiver? Well, the good news is, that you can experience the adrenaline rush of skydiving regardless of outdoors or even indoors with the help of a qualified and experienced instructor. 1) Hawk Skydive
Operating since 1980, the Hawk Sports Skydiving Club a.k.a. Hawk Skydive has trained locals, foreigners and even celebrities. They have a team of instructors with years of experience in skydiving so rest assured you are in good hands, especially when it comes to safety. Interested participants that fulfil Hawk Skydive’s terms and conditions can look forward to static line jumps, freefall jumps and tandem jumps — all of which come in a package including a certificate of completion. They also provide other services like demo jumps, gear rental, skydive photography and packing classes.

2) Oxbold
Ever wanted to experience tandem skydiving for fun? The skydiving in question refers to the jumper (that would be you as the participant) strapped to a professional skydiving instructor. You and your instructor will then freefall from the sky at approximately 14,000 feet above the ground. Participants need to be physically fit and active with a minimum age of 18 years and above. There will be video footage recording your jump carried by your instructor using a hand-wrist camera. Not to mention you will also receive a digital certificate.
Oxbold also provides a static-line jump lesson lasting 2-3 days, depending on the weather conditions. You will also get to learn the basics about familiarising yourself with the parachute and other related equipment, theoretical lessons such as skydiving & equipment usage.

3) KKB Paragliding Park
One of the must-try activities if you visit Kuala Kubu Bharu has to be the skydiving experience. KKB Paragliding Park offers you the chance to enjoy the thrilling fun of tandem paragliding. Suitable for first-timers, they have a team of experienced paragliders doubled as instructors to provide essential ground briefing before the jump.
You and your instructor will then be strapped together for a paragliding jump from the mountain peak at around 1,400 feet above sea level. All you need is simply relax and enjoy the paragliding journey for up to 10 minutes in the sky, depending on the weather conditions. You even record your experience during the flight using a GoPro provided as part of the Tandem Paragliding packages. Do note there will be an extra charge if you weigh over 85kg and above.

4) WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving
Formerly AirRider, WINDLAB Indoor Skydiving is exactly what is — a skydiving experience that takes place indoors. Or specifically, the state-of-the-art vertical wind tunnel within an all-glass enclosed space of a flight chamber. This wind tunnel allows you to float above the floor with the help of the fans capable of blowing at around 250km per hour.
Participants as young as age 3 and above can join the indoor skydiving. You will be guided by your qualified flight instructor but every first-time flyer needs to undergo a training session. The indoor skydiving lasts for 50 seconds per flight inside the wind tunnel, which is said to be more freefall time than an actual 14,000-feet skydiving.
They have three different packages available including 2, 4 or 10 flights. Each package includes the flight(s), comprehensive pre-flight briefing, flight suit & equipment (e.g. helmet, goggles) and hands-on assistance from your instructor.
