Ngiu chap as the locals prefer to call it refers to the mixed beef noodles available in Sabah. The noodles in question consist of an assorted beef mix in a light or dark beef broth, depending on the cooking style. This includes the likes of beef slices, balls and tripes with noodles of your choice such as yellow mee and rice vermicelli. So, if you are looking to crave a bowl (or two), here is our list of places to enjoy ngiu chap in Sabah.
