Vantador specialises in dry aged beef, which is hung in their coolers to age for at least 30 days. What happens is the result of excellent beef with rich flavour and buttery texture. All beef is aged for at least a few days and most beef is “wet aged”, as dry aged beef is more expensive. But by being exposed to air, the flavour of the beef is further concentrated through dehydration. You can look forward to selected dry aged pre-cuts at Vantador, ranging from Galician beef, Australian beef, and Wagyu. They also have wet-aged beef among other items, which you can check out here.
