FLOUR serves up innovative Indian cuisine with a French influence, thanks to experimentation and rediscovery through knowledge and technique of spice-and-herb application. 2) Eat and Cook
The philosophy of Eat and Cook stems from the Omakase tradition of allowing the chef creative freedom on deciding the courses for diners. The team, adventurous eaters and cooks, believe that life’s too short to be making predictable decisions, especially when it comes to food, so they invite you to leave your expectations at the door, and be surprised by what they have to offer. 3) DC Restaurant
DC Restaurant by Darren Chin is a 3-storey building built in the 1970s, and each floor offers a different kind of experience to diners. The ground floor is also known as “Le Comptoir”, or the counter, where diners can enjoy cocktails before proceeding to different dining rooms. On the first floor there’s “La Salle” dining, DC Restaurant’s main dining area, while “Salon” dining comprises of their private rooms. On the second floor there are the Louis XIII Special Red Rooms, a collaboration with Grand Maison Louis XIII Cognac, with personalised lockers. Adjacent to the special rooms is their Moon Bar, featuring a life size painting of the moon and blinking fibre optics.

4) NADODI
Taking you through the southern lands of the Indian sub-continent, NADODI marries tradition and influence, as the cuisine gets added to over the years. Today, it’s further enhanced with creative flair and modern techniques, resulting in familiar cuisine yet with fresh perspective, to be thoroughly savoured. 5) UOVO ASADOR
UOVO ASADOR is a private dining room ideal to celebrate an occasion or hold an event, serving a customised menu for guests depending on your budget and preferences. In other words, UOVO ASADOR is a lovely little space where you can take up the entire place for yourself, and it’s up to you to tailor their dining room or event space to your liking, from the cuisine to the decor. 6) Vantador
Vantador specialises in dry aged beef, which is hung in their coolers to age for at least 30 days. What happens is the result of excellent beef with rich flavour and buttery texture. All beef is aged for at least a few days and most beef is “wet aged”, as dry aged beef is more expensive. But by being exposed to air, the flavour of the beef is further concentrated through dehydration. 7) Soleil Restaurant & Bar
Having been around for almost 10 years, Soleil Restaurant & Bar is a place for sophisticated fine dining, combining contemporary European cuisines threaded with Asian influences. Award-winning European chef Evert Onderbeke heads the kitchen, while the restaurant also prides itself with its extensive wine collection. “Wine Emotion Machines”, which are specially imported wine dispensers allowing vintage wines to be purchased by the glass than the bottle, so wine lovers can have more flexibility in choosing and enjoying wines. Skillet is a restaurant offering modern European cuisine, and menus are seasonal to constantly bring guests new dining experiences. Using ingredients from the European continent, the team at Skillet mixes and matches them to create something innovative.
