2) Eat and Cook
The philosophy of Eat and Cook stems from the Omakase tradition of allowing the chef creative freedom on deciding the courses for diners. 3) DC Restaurant
DC Restaurant by Darren Chin is a 3-storey building built in the 1970s, and each floor offers a different kind of experience to diners. The ground floor is also known as “Le Comptoir”, or the counter, where diners can enjoy cocktails before proceeding to different dining rooms. On the first floor there’s “La Salle” dining, DC Restaurant’s main dining area, while “Salon” dining comprises of their private rooms. On the second floor there are the Louis XIII Special Red Rooms, a collaboration with Grand Maison Louis XIII Cognac, with personalised lockers. Adjacent to the special rooms is their Moon Bar, featuring a life size painting of the moon and blinking fibre optics.

Vantador specialises in dry aged beef, which is hung in their coolers to age for at least 30 days. What happens is the result of excellent beef with rich flavour and buttery texture. All beef is aged for at least a few days and most beef is “wet aged”, as dry aged beef is more expensive. But by being exposed to air, the flavour of the beef is further concentrated through dehydration. Having been around for almost 10 years, Soleil Restaurant & Bar is a place for sophisticated fine dining, combining contemporary European cuisines threaded with Asian influences.
