2) Platinum Yoga

Head over to Westgate, Marine Parade or Suntec City Mall to visit Platinum Yoga. There you will find more than 100 classes being taught daily. If you fill up their online enquiry form, you are entitled to a free trial class. In addition to the classic yoga styles that are taught, they also have some newer forms, such as aerial yoga, in which one performs yoga whilst suspended in the air from a hammock. 3) Pure Yoga

Pure Yoga’s reach is wide, with studios as far as Hong Kong and New York. In sunny Singapore, they have three studios located in Marina Bay, Raffles Place and Orchard Road. Classes offered include chair yoga, aerial yoga, and hot yoga, among other choices. If you simply cannot decide between all the classes, you can take a simple quiz online to find out which type of yoga is suited to you, based on your fitness level and other factors. 4) Ziva Yoga

Tiong Bahru is where Ziva Yoga’s studio is located, with a whole range of classes to choose from. In addition to the usual yoga classes, specialty classes are available here in the form of Yoga Therapy, which is meant to help those who have back or joint problems. Six types of classes are available, each focusing on different techniques or outcomes and with different paces as well. 6) Anahata Yoga

As peace is an important quality in yoga, Anahata ensures that each class has a maximum of 18 students, so there is no overcrowdedness. Pay them a visit at Arab Street, where they have two studios – a heated studio for hot yoga, and a room temperature one for basic classes. Their studio is also extremely environmentally friendly, and the excessive use of paper or plastic of any kind is not encouraged. Besides classes, they also organise yoga retreats.

Your first trial class here will be free of charge, so fret not if you are unsure about whether Updog Studio is for you or not. Prenatal classes are offered for expectant mothers who want to stay healthy throughout their pregnancies.
