Any coffee fans out there? You will be happy to hear that Starbucks has recently opened its flagship store in Jewel Changi Airport. The outlet is the largest one in Singapore and takes up two floors. It also looks so fancy that you might forget that you’re sitting in a Starbucks. Indulge in the best food and drinks Starbucks has to offer and enjoy the craftsmanship put into everything.
Food
Look out for the freshly baked pastries, sandwiches, and salad. Customers can enjoy locally inspired flavours such as Satay Chicken Ciabatta, Hainanese Chicken Rice Quinoa Salad, and even a Milo Chocolate Tiramisu.
The freshly baked croissants include Multigrain Croissant, Chocolate Croissant, and the classic Buttery Croissant. Sandwiches are freshly prepared and made right in front of you. Choices include Smoked Chicken, Tomato and Pesto Ciabatta, and Pulled Beef Croissant. Customers can also choose to have dessert in a cup with options such as Espresso Tiramisu, Summer Berry Yoghurt Trifle, and the previously mentioned Milo Chocolate Tiramisu.
Drinks
This Starbucks also offers customers the experience of having Nitro Cold Brews. They have a four-tap Nitro that serves up to six nitrogen-infused drinks. The drinks include coffees like Nitro Flat White and Nitro Caramel Macchiato, and teas such as the Nitro Tropical Fruit Tea and Nitro Green Tea. Sounds like a really special experience worth trying! There is also a new range of affogatos and floats such as the House Affogato and Cold Brew Float. If you’re not in the mood for a drink maybe you can check out the locally-produced ice creams available. There are two flavours offered which are Vanilla and Cold Brew Coffee.
Merchandise
If you really want to remember your experience in this Starbucks, head over to the merchandise area to see what is on display. Available to purchase are the coffee canisters, exclusive cone pour-over, pencil case, shoulder bag and sling bag, and even an exclusive glow-in-the dark tumbler.
Interior
While relaxing and enjoying your meal, let your eyes wander around and soak in the beautiful art on display. There is even an art room where all the artworks are original pieces commonly found in Starbucks stores around Asia. Customers can also admire the artistic depiction of the Starbucks siren on the wall while walking up the stairs. This outlet is open from 10am to 10pm daily and can be found at 78 Airport Blvd.
