To all Milo monsters and maniacs: a new Milo food item has been born! Introducing the Milo Ice Ball!

What is a Milo Ice Ball?

Ice balls aren’t exactly a recent addition to the food items in Malaysia, but the Milo Ice Ball is a fun twist to the traditional ice balls. A cold, refreshing treat on a sunny day, ice balls are usually drizzled with red and brown syrup. But not for the Milo Ice Ball. The ice ball in this instance is covered generously with thick, gooey Milo syrup instead. The finishing touches on top of this sinful treat include sprinkles, smarties, Koko Krunch, ice-cream, and condensed milk among others.

Where can I get it?

Its place of origin is in Kuala Kangsar, Perak. It has no physical shop, but look for the stall with the Milo umbrella in the town area of Kuala Kangsar. Landmarks to look for are Farmasi Epal Jaya and Bangunan MARA, and the stall operates from 10 am onwards. A road trip to Perak is definitely worth it.

Alternatively, if you don’t want to go on a road trip and are staying in Klang Valley, we have several more options. The Klang Valley options include:

  • Daughter’s Kitchen, Sungai Buloh
  • Johnny’s Ice Kepal, Kuala Lumpur
  • Ais Kepal Milo Viral Nora Norazim, Puchong
  • Milo Kepal Ketagih, Puchong
