They are also located in Prangin Mall, and are open from 11.30 am until 9 pm daily. 5) Dark Spirit Tattoo Studio
Dark Spirit Tattoo Studio is located in Megamall Penang, and they specialize in tattoos, piercings and conceptual designs. Owned by couple Rocky Ooi and Tracy Neoh, Mandala has been around since 2003. They have three branches currently, one opposite Komtar Walk, one at Prangin Mall and another that’s in Singapore. They have several artists on the roster, each with their own strengths in terms of tattoo styles. This is why you will notice a wide range of tattoos done at Mandala, like text work, black work and even minimalist tattoos.

Also located in Megamall Penang is Mochi Tattoo Studio. The studio is open daily, and has been around since October 2016.
