Recently, Masako Mizutani from Nagoya, Japan became a viral sensation after many people praised her youthful appearance. Lots of people would guess that this pretty lady is only in her late 20s. However, you will be shocked to learn that she is actually 51 years old.
Mizutani participated in a beauty contest and won back in 2011. Her victory made international headlines for her amazing youthful look. Since then, she has been involved in modeling with major clothing and cosmetics brands in Japan.
Her youthful appearance became even more popular in 2015 after winning Japan’s Youthful Pageant. And she has been addressed as ‘The Lady of Eternal Youth’ since then. Many people are shocked when they find out that she is a mother to two children in their mid 20s.
Mizutani has generously shared her tips on how to stay so young looking. Firstly, she follows a strict vegetarian diet and avoids alcohol and tobacco. Next, she plays video games for 30 minutes a day as a way to improve creativity, decision making, and perception.
Furthermore, she spends about 5 hours a day to maintain her skin. This includes, whitening facial cleaners, eye masks, face masks, and other various products. She also avoids the sun as much as she can through sunscreen and wearing hats. Every morning she wakes up at 5AM and goes to sleep at 11PM.
Mizutani has definitely put in all the work and effort to maintain her looks. Some might even think she is the daughter of her husband. So it has paid off for sure.
