Ezzaty Hasbullah is currently a student in University of Pennsylvania completing her degree in health and societies with a major in global health and a minor in anthropology. Next up she will be completing her Masters in social data science as well as a Master in public policy.

Moving on, the Rhodes Scholarship is the world’s oldest scholarship programme to ever exist. It was first introduced in 1903! It’s meant to help develop future leaders through postgraduate studies. Recipients will continue their studies at the University of Oxford with all expenses covered for up to four years.

The scholarship is also one of the most prestigious ones in the world. Only four Malaysians have received it before Ezzaty. Scholars from over 60 countries all around the world apply for the scholarship.

Of course the student must possess amazing grades and perform well academically. However, they must also be active in their community and show leadership skills. Ezzaty is a great example of what is looked at.
