Watching movies is a great way of spending time with friends, relaxing on your own, and even as a hobby. Lots of us have a favourite place to watch movies as well such as GSC. Unfortunately, GSC has officially announced that their outlet in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur will be closing down. Instead, Dadi Cinema will be taking over that spot in just a few months.

On the 6th of February, GSC Cinemas took to their official Facebook page to post about the closing of their Pavilion location. In the post they write that operations will cease on the 17th of February. Therefore, you only have until Sunday the 16th of February to enjoy one last movie here.

But don’t worry, GSC Cinemas also has a few locations in the area including Berjaya Times Square, Quill City Mall, and MyTOWN. GSC then thanked everyone for supporting GSC Pavilion ever since they opened.

Sadly we will have to say goodbye to one of the more premium GSC Cinemas outlets. The Pavilion outlet has been opened and serving movie-goers for many years. In fact, they opened in 2007 which means they have been operating for almost 13 years!

Some of us probably have some pretty nostalgic memories there. I’m sure that many of us have gone there to enjoy a quick movie with family and friends.

Moving on, Pavilion KL released an announcement on their official Facebook page to reassure shoppers that they will receive the quality entertainment they deserve. Dadi Cinema will be taking over the spot that GSC has been in for years.

Not much information has been released regarding the opening of Dadi Cinema. While we know it will be in Q3, we don’t know what kind of experience to expect. Make sure to stay alert for the latest news!
