We’ve talked to you about how you can shop fashion while also being conscious of the environment. It includes shopping vintage, upcycling clothes, and choosing pieces that can last forever. Now, we want to walk the talk and point you in the direction of the Preloved Is Reloved flea market.
Preloved Is Reloved is an initiative by APW Bangsar that focuses on providing a platform for selling secondhand items. In case you didn’t know, APW Bangsar is a creative industrial space that started of as a printing factory.
Back in 2013 the space was reimagined and repurposed into a space for all sorts of occasions. This includes workshops, events, artisanal markets, and even private functions. So far events such as Wine Fiesta 2016, Urban Decay Vice Lipstick Launch, and the Go Fast or Go Home Screening.
Moving on, the space will be hosting Preloved Is Reloved on the 16th and 17th of November. This will also be their ninth instalment of the flea market and is set to be a wrap up for 2019.
So what can you expect? You should go there expecting a curated second hand shopping experience with lots of good deals. Make sure to take your time and really sift through the items there as they are one of a kind. You wouldn’t want to miss out on a great sale!
Meanwhile, you can hum and bop along to some good music which will be playing on the loudspeakers. It will totally put you in the mood for shopping.
And don’t worry if you start to feel hungry because there will be tasty food and drinks available. There are also some eateries available on site.
