7 Places To Savour Aged Steaks In Klang Valley

Most of us are familiar with the usual steaks found in conventional restaurants, cafes and steakhouses. But if you are up for something different and do not mind paying more for it, aged steaks would be one of them. The beef is typically aged in either a dry or wet process for days or weeks. This method would make the steak more tender and flavourful. Here are 7 Places To Savour Aged Steaks in Klang Valley in alphabetical order.

1) Chambers Grill @ Hilton KL

Chambers Grill’s premium range of grass-fed Black Angus meats are specifically stored in a dry-ageing cabinet. The meat itself is dry-aged up to 28 days with Himalayan salt tile, which helps to soak up all the excess moisture and boost its overall flavour. There are plenty of different steak cuts you can order here, namely ribeye, sirloin and their signature fillet.
