Well, at least in the form of baby lobster (crayfish) served in a buttery roll. The lobster meat is freshly prepared on a daily basis and layered with a secret sauce before being sandwiched between the toasted buttered roll. Pince & Pint’s main specialty lies in their lobster dishes. In fact, their food menu isn’t what we call “extensive”. But if lobster is what you are looking for, this is the right place. Their lobsters are all wild-caught and imported directly from the Atlantic Coast. That means live and fresh lobsters all the way and prepared in various different ways, namely the Live Whole Lobster (grilled/steamed lobster with chef’s salad, fries and herbed butter sauce) and Truffle Lobster Roll (a combination of lobster meat and shaved truffles topped with caviar and homemade truffle dip sandwiched in a hot dog bun).

Moon’s Kitchen has come a long way since its humble beginnings as a hawker stall specialising in Western dishes in Pandan Indah back in the late 90s. Today, the family-owned business is its own full-fledged restaurant in Putra Heights. One of their must-order items is the signature Lobster Thermidor. The lobster is cooked fresh upon order with four types of cheese and served with a lemon wedge, mixed salad and fries on the side.
