Last but not least, opt for skin care with natural ingredients and less chemicals, and reduce makeup usage if possible, for makeup can clog your pores.

Well… don’t go out looking like a bird’s nest, or you’ll be just mistaken for one. Start simple with combing your hair every morning, which can also help with healthy hair growth.
