1) Water, water and more water!

6) Hit the Iron
You don’t need to wait for the New Year to sign up for a gym membership. Skip outdoor exercise and instead, exercise in the indoor gyms. You will need to build up your immune system so that you can tough it out during the haze.
7) Buff up your protein
Protein is not only for those fitness buffs. It is essential to increase your protein intake to build up your immunity and to allow your body to repair itself faster. Steak anyone?
8) Air Purifier
It’s about time to invest in a quality air purifier. It will help to trap the small particles that is in the air to make the air in your home cleaner
