Coriander is a herb that most people either love or hate. It’s used to garnish many dishes like chicken rice, laksa, steamed fish, and more. However, did you ever think it was possible to make it into a soft serve flavour?
Soft Launch cafe in Sri Petaling is the adventurous soul that decided to experiment with coriander and soft serve. It seems to be something they stand by which is why they are officially serving it in store.
According to Soft Launch, the coriander soft serve is excellently paired with their ‘evil fried chicken pop’ and waffles. Of course there is coriander for garnishing at the side. It is definitely an interesting pairing that works on the combination of sweet and savoury.
The cafe is also serving up Chrysanthemum soft serve which sounds a bit more normal and expected. Actually, they seem to have a few interesting flavours of soft serve. Look out for the taro and caramel cookie flavours as well.
Soft Launch has a wide variety of items on their menu that is constantly changing. The idea behind the name is to maintain the passion of a soft launch stage. The soft launch process is when creativity and passion are never ending and the menu is constantly being experimented on.
The menu is made of a good range from savoury food to desserts. On the menu you can find nyonya laksa, burnt chocolate cheesecake, and a variety of waffles both sweet and savoury.
