Coriander is a herb that most people either love or hate. It’s used to garnish many dishes like chicken rice, laksa, steamed fish, and more. However, did you ever think it was possible to make it into a soft serve flavour?

Soft Launch cafe in Sri Petaling is the adventurous soul that decided to experiment with coriander and soft serve. It seems to be something they stand by which is why they are officially serving it in store.

According to Soft Launch, the coriander soft serve is excellently paired with their ‘evil fried chicken pop’ and waffles. Of course there is coriander for garnishing at the side. It is definitely an interesting pairing that works on the combination of sweet and savoury.
