Live Healthy And Eat Delicious At Agrain By HALE

If you think a healthy meal is all about salad i.e. bland and tasteless, you may want to rethink that. The team behind Agrain aims not only to debunk the myth, but to also prove that high quality meals should be convenient yet interesting and delicious. With 2 outlets in Intermark Mall and Menara Hap Seng, Agrain has officially opened the doors for their 3rd outlet on 27th March 2019, in The Gardens, Mid Valley.

Build Your Own Healthy Bowl At Agrain

The concept is rather simple. Depending on your appetite, choose your desired portion size. Your healthy bowl can come in petit, regular, or large sizes and cost RM13.90, RM16.90, and RM20.90 respectively. You can choose from 6 bases with additional prices for cauliflower rice and baby spinach. Then, select your desired proteins, supplements, toppings, and dressings from the varieties. Quench your thirst with Agrain’s fresh juices, homemade teas, or sodas. However, you can also opt for their a la carte menus as shown in the pictures below if you’re not up for building your own bowl.

The Ingredients

The team at Agrain cares about what we consume, and it explains why they make food as healthy as possible. The ingredients are oven baked with minimal oil involved, with no deep frying nor pan frying taking place in the cooking process. To retain the authenticity, they prepare the sauces from scratch without any additives, MSG or chemicals. At the same time, Agrain is thorough in sourcing the ingredients. They obtain the fresh vegetables directly from the Cameron farms and use only fresh chilled chickens in the preparations. They are also collaborating with ecoBrown’s to ensure only the freshest grains go into their preparations.
