It is said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper. For a healthy diet, always have a healthy breakfast to start off the day, a good selection would consist of egg, soya, and oats. Lunch is good to have rice with dishes, “chap fan” also known as “economy rice” offers your a wide variety of dishes. And for dinner, make your own salad at home which is a good way to end a healthy diet. Maintaining a healthy diet doesn’t cost much. This diet would probably cost less than RM500 which leaves you a balance of RM100 for your transportation.

If the business is making losses, learn how to stop the business because at the end of the day, it is only a small sum. When the investment starts to make money then you can start buying a house and a car. Do not spend money unnecessarily especially on clothing.
