3. Shhhbuuuleee @ REXKL

Serving only dinner at the moment, this new hidden rooftop bar and restaurant at REXKL has gotten the attention of many food enthusiasts. Not only because of its location that is shared with BookXcess but also its unique name that makes you wonder what it means. Well, I’m here to enlighten you – ‘shhh’ is self-explanatory because of the bookstore while ‘buuuleee’ is the Chinese word for ‘don’t care’. Helmed by Chef Mui who has worked at several notable restaurants, the menu consists of small plates of local food with Asian influences. They also serve an interesting selection of beverages such as sake, shochu, whisky, highballs, and natural wines. Sounds like a great place to unwind but remember to make reservations as they do not accept walk-ins.
