A romantic Valentine’s Day dinner with a stunning view? Artemis Grill & Sky Bar might be the one you are looking for. It sits on the 40th floor at CapitalGreen’s rooftop garden a.k.a. “Sky Forest” overlooking the majestic Marina Bay skyline.

Their four-course menu ($178 per person) starts you and your loved one with the appetising Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccia. The first three meals offer exquisite choices like the “Bloody Mary” spicy tomato granita Brittany Rock Oyster and Slow Cooked Pork Cheek with bacon-wrapped date, grilled zucchini & grain mustard. Loin cuts including Iberico Pork Loin and Angus Tenderloin are also featured on the menu.

Do you prefer vegetarian options instead? They got them covered here with White Asparagus and Pumpkin Gnocchi served with Japanese Kabocha, toasted buckwheat and pecorino romano. As for the dessert, they have delicious selections like Raspberry & Dark Chocolate Torte and Hazelnut Rice Pudding. Here’s the steakhouse in the Bukit Timah neighbourhood that knows a thing or two about good steaks. Steak cuts, even uncommon ones — all of which are masterfully prepared over charcoal embers. This Valentine’s Day, Fat Belly offers you and your loved one to indulge in their five-course menu ($98++ per person).

The menu starts with Tete De Moine and then, followed by Bikini Prawn with purple taro puree, shoyu ikura & Chioggia beets. The lentil pottage of Savel Coquelet Jaune is later served as an entree and as for the main course, you have a choice of 2GR Full Blood Wagynu Denver MS 8/9 or Iberico Pork Jowl. And lastly, a subtly sweet finish of Lavender Scented Poached Pears.

Thinking of enjoying a Peranakan-style Valentine’s Day dinner date? They have curated the affordably-priced Makan Kakis Set Menu ($98++ for 2 persons) and here, it’s a potpourri of tastes, textures and spices.

To start, tantalise your taste buds with Ikan Keropok and crispy Nyonya Fried Wings, both of which are served with homemade belacan mayo. Mains include classic Nyonya favourites of Ayam Buah Keluak, Babi Pongteh and Chap Chye with side servings of Nyonya Achar, Sambal Belacan and Butterfly Blue Pea Rice. Pick your starter: Venison & Pork Scotch Egg or Smoked Haddock & Watercress, followed by Roasted Tomato & Fennel Soup.
