Here’s the steakhouse in the Bukit Timah neighbourhood that knows a thing or two about good steaks. Steak cuts, even uncommon ones — all of which are masterfully prepared over charcoal embers. This Valentine’s Day, Fat Belly offers you and your loved one to indulge in their five-course menu ($98++ per person).
The menu starts with Tete De Moine and then, followed by Bikini Prawn with purple taro puree, shoyu ikura & Chioggia beets. The lentil pottage of Savel Coquelet Jaune is later served as an entree and as for the main course, you have a choice of 2GR Full Blood Wagynu Denver MS 8/9 or Iberico Pork Jowl. To start, tantalise your taste buds with Ikan Keropok and crispy Nyonya Fried Wings, both of which are served with homemade belacan mayo.
